# What You'll Need:

→ Pizza Crust and Base

01 - 2 mini pre-prepared pizza crusts or flatbreads
02 - Olive oil
03 - Garlic powder

→ Toppings

04 - 6 slices bacon, rough chopped
05 - 6-8 dried or fresh figs, sliced
06 - 3 tablespoons fig preserves
07 - 2-3 tablespoons goat cheese crumbles
08 - 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan
09 - Cracked black pepper
10 - Balsamic glaze, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
02 - Brush flatbread or pizza crusts with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned and crisped.
03 - While the pizza crusts are in the oven, cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Rough chop the bacon after cooking.
04 - Use the back of a spoon to spread a thin layer of fig preserves on the pizza crusts, leaving about ½ inch around the edges. Add bacon and sliced figs on top of the preserves, then top with goat cheese crumbles and shaved Parmesan.
05 - Return pizzas to the 425° oven for another 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
