01 - 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice the zucchini into thin rounds or half-moons and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
03 - In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
04 - Combine zucchini, sautéed garlic, cheddar cheese, half of the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
06 - Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and optional breadcrumbs on top.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the zucchini is tender. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
