# What You'll Need:

→ For the Pistachio Crust

01 - 1 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
04 - ¼ cup powdered sugar
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ For the Filling

06 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - ½ cup granulated sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

→ For the Topping

10 - 1 ½ cups fresh blackberries
11 - 2 tablespoons honey or blackberry jam
12 - ¼ cup chopped pistachios for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios, flour, melted butter, powdered sugar, and salt until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
02 - In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
03 - Spread the cream filling evenly over the cooled crust. Arrange blackberries on top and drizzle with honey or jam. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios for crunch.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Slice into squares and enjoy!
