Bursting summer flavors with blueberries, peaches, feta, crunchy walnuts, and zesty dressing over crisp greens.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups fresh blueberries
02 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced
03 - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 4 cups mixed greens
05 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion
06 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water to ensure they are clean and free from debris.
02 - Place the rinsed blueberries in a large mixing bowl, gently patting them dry with a clean kitchen towel if needed.
03 - Wash the ripe peaches thoroughly, then slice them into wedges or thin slices according to preference.
04 - Add the sliced peaches to the mixing bowl containing the blueberries.
05 - Crumble the feta cheese into small, bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle it over the fruit in the bowl.
06 - Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly, then add them to the bowl with the blueberries, peaches, and feta.
07 - Chop the red onion into small, thin pieces, and sprinkle it over the salad mixture in the bowl.
08 - Roughly chop the walnuts into smaller pieces and scatter them over the top of the salad.
09 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
10 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad, ensuring the mixture is coated with the dressing.
11 - Gently toss the salad ingredients together using salad tongs or two large spoons, ensuring the fruit, feta, and dressing are evenly distributed.
12 - Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper, if desired.
13 - Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a slightly chilled salad.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan for added flavor and texture.
02 - Use a soft towel to dry the blueberries and greens to avoid crushing them.
03 - Prepare the salad just before serving to prevent wilting of the greens.
