09 - 2 large eggs

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Set aside.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, add oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Mix until combined. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and stir.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth, ensuring you scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
05 - Grease an 8" x 4" x 3" loaf pan with oil spray. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
06 - Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf, and if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
