Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

Alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Pour half the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the batter. Add the remaining batter on top, then gently swirl with a knife.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
