Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders (Print)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1½ – 2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
02 - Salt & pepper, to taste
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
05 - Cheese slices (optional)
06 - Sautéed onions (optional)
07 - Arugula (optional)
08 - Pickles (optional)

→ For the Cowboy Butter

09 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
13 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
14 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
15 - ½ teaspoon paprika
16 - ¼ teaspoon salt
17 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
02 - Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
04 - While the steak rests, toast the slider buns cut side down in the same skillet until golden.
05 - Layer sliced steak onto the bottom buns. Spoon cowboy butter generously over the top. Add any extra toppings and finish with the top bun.
06 - Serve hot with extra cowboy butter on the side for dipping.
