01 - 8 oz pasta, whole grain or regular
02 - 1 lb lean ground beef
03 - 1 cup beef broth
04 - 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
03 - Drain any excess fat from the browned beef, then add the beef broth to the skillet. Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
