Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake (Print)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for greasing the baking dish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
02 - Thinly slice the zucchinis and set them aside.
03 - In a large bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until evenly combined.
04 - Arrange half of the zucchini slices in the greased baking dish. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the zucchini slices. Repeat with a second layer of zucchini slices and the remaining mixture.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
06 - Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
