Game Day Beef Cheddar Sliders (Print)

Mini beef patties and cheddar layered on soft buns, ideal for crowd-pleasing snacks at parties.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
02 - 12 slider buns
03 - 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
04 - Salt to taste
05 - Black pepper to taste
06 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tbsp onion powder
08 - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
03 - Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
05 - Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish. Add a patty to each bun and top with half a slice of cheddar cheese.
06 - Cover with the top halves of the buns and brush with melted butter if desired.
07 - Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
08 - Serve with your choice of toppings.
