Honey Pistachio Ricotta Stuffed Dates (Print)

Medjool dates are filled with creamy ricotta, honey, and pistachios for a naturally sweet, crunchy dessert.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
03 - 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice each Medjool date lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove the pits and gently open them up for stuffing.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
03 - Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each date with the ricotta mixture.
04 - Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top of the stuffed dates. Drizzle with extra honey for added sweetness.
