Hot Italian Sub Sliders (Print)

Soft rolls layered with deli meats, cheese, and peppers, baked until golden with seasoned garlic butter.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise (e.g., King's Hawaiian Rolls)
02 - 6 oz ham, thinly sliced
03 - 5 oz salami, thinly sliced
04 - 5 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced
05 - 9 slices provolone cheese
06 - ⅓ cup pepperoncini, sliced
07 - ⅓ cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced

→ Butter Mixture

08 - ¼ cup salted butter, melted
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed (preferably fresh)

→ Optional Serving

11 - 1 cup marinara sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
02 - Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking pan. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone slices. Top with sliced pepperoncini and cherry peppers, then place the top half of the rolls back.
03 - Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic in a small bowl until combined. Brush the mixture over the tops of the sliders, ensuring all areas are covered.
04 - Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - Remove sliders from the oven, slice, and serve immediately. Optionally pair with marinara sauce for dipping.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a crispy top, remove the foil during the last 5 minutes of baking.
