→ Skewers

12 - 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
13 - Wooden or metal skewers

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Place the cleaned button mushrooms into a large resealable bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for best flavor.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15-20 minutes to prevent burning.
04 - Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, ensuring they are securely placed and evenly spaced.
05 - Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and have grill marks.
06 - Remove the skewers from the grill and serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
