# What You'll Need:

→ Salad

01 - 2 cups baby salad greens
02 - 2 fresh peaches, pit removed and thinly sliced
03 - 1/8 cup thinly sliced red onion
04 - 4 cups cherries, blackberries, and strawberries
05 - 1/4 cup roasted salted pistachios
06 - 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
07 - 8 oz ball burrata cheese
08 - Sea salt and black pepper to taste
09 - Extra virgin olive oil or Meyer lemon infused olive oil
10 - Balsamic glaze

# How to Make It:

01 - Make a bed of baby salad greens on a large platter.
02 - Thinly slice the peaches and arrange them in sections over the salad greens, fanning them out slightly.
03 - Pit the cherries and slice them in half. Place cherries, blackberries, and halved strawberries around the platter, grouping them for a visually appealing arrangement.
04 - Sprinkle the red onions and basil leaves evenly over the entire platter.
05 - Drain the liquid from the burrata cheese and place the ball of cheese in the center of the peach and berry arrangement.
06 - Sprinkle the salad with sea salt and black pepper. Squeeze half of a lemon over the salad, then drizzle with lemon olive oil and balsamic glaze.
07 - Tear open the burrata cheese ball when ready to serve. Scoop fruit and salad greens onto individual plates with the creamy burrata.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Quality olive oil, like Lemon Infused Olive Oil, enhances the flavor of this salad.
02 - Burrata cheese is best served at room temperature. If time is short, warm it in water for 10 minutes.
03 - Thinly sliced onion adds a slight bite without overpowering flavors. It is optional but recommended.
04 - You can substitute a vinaigrette for the olive oil if desired.
