02 - Baking powder
03 - Granulated sugar
04 - Salt
05 - Buttermilk
06 - Unsalted butter, melted
07 - Canned or fresh diced peaches, drained if using canned
08 - Peach juice or syrup from canned peaches or fresh puree

→ Glaze

09 - Powdered sugar
10 - Milk
11 - Vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
02 - Add buttermilk and melted unsalted butter to the bowl of dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
03 - Fold in the diced peaches and peach juice or syrup until evenly distributed. Ensure the batter is well-mixed without overworking it.
04 - Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Transfer the batter to a baking dish or individual molds, smoothing the top if necessary. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until a smooth glaze forms. Adjust the consistency with additional milk if necessary.
06 - Once the biscuits are baked and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze evenly over the top. Allow the glaze to set before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure the peaches are well drained if using canned to prevent excess moisture in the batter.
02 - For the best flavor, use ripe fresh peaches if available.
