Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print)

Buffalo chicken, cheddar, and ranch fill pillowy slider rolls, baked to melty, golden perfection.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 9 slider buns
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
03 - 1/2 cup Frank's buffalo hot sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese

→ Garlic Butter

10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
03 - Add the bottom of the slider buns to the lined baking sheet.
04 - Divide the chicken filling between all the buns. Top with cheese and close with the top buns.
05 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
06 - Brush the tops of the buns with the prepared garlic butter using a pastry brush.
07 - Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
08 - Cut and serve with desired sides immediately while still hot.

01 - If desired, use extra ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
