# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
04 - Smoked paprika
05 - Crispy fried onions

# How to Make It:

01 - Place the eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes to hard-boil.
02 - Once cooked, cool the eggs in ice water, then peel off the shells.
03 - Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth.
04 - Pipe or spoon the yolk filling back into the egg whites.
