01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 shallots, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon ginger paste
05 - 1 tablespoon lemongrass, chopped

07 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
09 - Juice of 1 lime

# How to Make It:

01 - Mince the garlic, finely chop the shallots, and prepare the ginger paste and chopped lemongrass.
02 - In a hot skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Stir in garlic, shallots, ginger paste, lemongrass, and Chinese five-spice powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice to the pan. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, mixing well.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in torn Thai basil leaves, julienned scallions, and chopped cilantro.
06 - Soak rice paper rolls in warm water until pliable. Place a small amount of cooked beef, lettuce, sliced avocado, and herbs in the center. Roll tightly to enclose.
