# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Using a mixer, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Mix in the eggs, apple cider, and vanilla extract until well combined.
05 - Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
06 - Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until edges turn golden brown.
