Baked Salmon with Avocado Mash (Print)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 salmon fillets
02 - Salt to taste
03 - Black pepper to taste
04 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
05 - 0.5 tsp paprika
06 - 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper
07 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

→ Avocado Mash

08 - 2 avocados, mashed
09 - Zest of 1 lime
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - Salt to taste
12 - Chopped dill
13 - 0.5 red onion, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Place salmon fillets on a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper, then coat with olive oil.
03 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked.
04 - While the salmon bakes, mash the avocados in a bowl. Grate in lime zest, squeeze in lime juice, add salt, and chopped dill. Mix well to combine.
05 - Once the salmon is cooked, top each fillet with the avocado mash and sprinkle with chopped red onion before serving.
