Boursin Cheese Fig Dip Appetizer (Print)

Creamy Boursin, sweet fig jam, crispy bacon, and toasted pecans make a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 blocks Boursin Cheese, caramelized onion and herb flavor
02 - 1/2 cup fig jam
03 - 1/4 to 1/3 cup bacon, cooked crispy and chopped small
04 - 1/4 to 1/3 cup pecans, toasted and chopped small

# How to Make It:

01 - Pan fry the bacon until crispy. Place it on a paper towel to absorb excess grease. Chop the bacon into small pieces. Set aside.
02 - Toast the pecans in a nonstick skillet. Once they are warm and lightly browned, remove them from the heat. Chop small and set aside.
03 - Spread two blocks of Boursin onion flavor cheese in the bottom of a serving dish. Top with a thin layer of fig jam. Add crispy chopped bacon and toasted chopped pecans. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
