02 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
03 - 1 large zucchini, quartered
04 - 1 large yellow squash, quartered
05 - 2 cups (approximately 200 g) Brussels sprouts, quartered
06 - 0.5 yellow onion, sliced
07 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil

→ Dry Ranch Seasoning

08 - 0.5–1 teaspoon salt, to taste
09 - 1.5 tablespoons dried dill weed
10 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
11 - 1 tablespoon dried chives
12 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 0.5 teaspoon cracked black pepper

→ Toppings

15 - 120 ml homemade ranch dressing, for drizzling

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine dried dill weed, parsley, chives, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper to create the ranch seasoning.
02 - Transfer chicken breast pieces, zucchini, yellow squash, Brussels sprouts, and sliced onion to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle the prepared dry ranch seasoning over the mixture. Toss thoroughly with a wooden spoon to ensure even coating.
03 - Arrange the coated chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred. Work in batches if necessary, depending on basket size.
04 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Spread seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 28–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 74°C internal temperature and the vegetables are golden and tender. To intensify crispiness, set oven to broil for a final 2–3 minutes, monitoring closely.
05 - Transfer cooked chicken and vegetables to serving bowls. Top with chopped crispy bacon and drizzle with homemade ranch dressing prior to serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Any vegetables can be substituted based on preference; consider adding bell peppers or cauliflower rice as a base.
02 - Shredded cheddar cheese makes an excellent additional topping for added richness.
03 - Rotisserie chicken may be substituted to expedite preparation; sauté vegetables with seasoning separately.
04 - For dairy-free adaptation, exclude buttermilk powder if using a commercial ranch seasoning mix.
