# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.
03 - In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next.
05 - Add the grapefruit juice, zest, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
06 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
