01 - 450g lean ground turkey or chicken
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 410g diced tomatoes (1 can)
05 - 280g green chilies (optional, 1 can)
06 - 425g black beans, drained and rinsed (1 can)
07 - 240ml low-sodium chicken broth (1 cup)
08 - 225g cream cheese, cubed (8 oz)
09 - 115g shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)

→ Seasonings

10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon cumin
13 - Salt to taste
14 - Black pepper to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey or chicken and cook until browned.
02 - Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the meat.
03 - Pour in the diced tomatoes, green chilies (if using), black beans, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
04 - Bring to a simmer, then add cubed cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the soup becomes creamy.
