09 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
11 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
14 - 0.125 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Optional Topping

15 - 100 g shredded cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Add lean ground beef, diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the beef into chunks and cook until browned throughout. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes over the beef mixture. Stir constantly for 1 minute until spices are fragrant.
03 - Fold in the cubed sweet potatoes, drained black beans, and water. Mix thoroughly. Lower heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
04 - Uncover the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, allowing any residual liquid to evaporate.
05 - Remove the skillet from heat. Top evenly with shredded cheese, if using, cover with the lid, and let stand for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Enhance with optional toppings such as sliced avocado, chopped coriander, or a dollop of sour cream if desired.
