Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries (Print)

Crispy, cheesy baked zucchini tossed in Parmesan, perfect for a healthy, low-carb summer snack everyone will love.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1.5 lbs zucchini, cut into sticks
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - Sea salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil or non-stick spray
09 - 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Optional: Almond flour or crushed pork rinds for a crispier texture

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and cut zucchini into uniform sticks. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
02 - In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. For a keto version, replace half the Parmesan with crushed pork rinds or almond flour.
03 - Lightly drizzle or spray the zucchini sticks with olive oil. Toss each stick in the cheesy seasoning mix, pressing gently to coat.
04 - Place the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
05 - Broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with marinara or your preferred dipping sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Drying the zucchini thoroughly is key to preventing sogginess. Use a wire rack for extra crispiness and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
02 - For a spicier version, add cayenne or chipotle powder.
