Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or fork until it forms very small pieces.

Peel peaches, or leave the skin on if preferred. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit. Place the peach halves face-up in a small baking pan.

Add a generous spoonful of the oat crumble topping to the center of each peach half.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.

Optionally serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and/or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
