Baked Peaches Oat Crumble (Print)

Tender peaches baked with buttery oat crumble, topped with ice cream and caramel sauce for a cozy treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 3 ripe peaches
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
03 - 2 tablespoons old-fashioned rolled oats
04 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 2 tablespoons cold salted butter, cut into pieces
07 - Vanilla ice cream, optional, for topping
08 - Caramel sauce, optional, for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a small bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or fork until it forms very small pieces.
03 - Peel peaches, or leave the skin on if preferred. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit. Place the peach halves face-up in a small baking pan.
04 - Add a generous spoonful of the oat crumble topping to the center of each peach half.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.
06 - Optionally serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and/or a drizzle of caramel sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Make the crumb topping several days ahead and store in the refrigerator. Homemade caramel sauce can be made weeks in advance and refrigerated.
02 - Use freestone peaches instead of clingstone for easier pit removal. Select ripe peaches that yield slightly when pressed gently.
