01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Toppings

08 - 4 slices fresh mozzarella
09 - ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
10 - ¼ cup balsamic glaze

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Place the chicken breasts and cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
04 - Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Top each chicken breast with a slice of fresh mozzarella. Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
05 - Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken and tomatoes before serving.
