12 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
13 - 1 tbsp sriracha
14 - 1 tbsp honey
15 - 1 tbsp lime juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
02 - Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Coat each salmon piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally roll in the panko mixture. Set aside.
04 - Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
05 - Fry the salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
06 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
07 - Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy salmon bites and serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a healthier option, air fry the salmon bites at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best results.
03 - For extra texture, top with toasted sesame seeds or crushed peanuts before serving.
