Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps (Print)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
02 - ½ cup sweet chili sauce
03 - 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
05 - ½ cup shredded carrots
06 - ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
07 - ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

→ Optional Ingredients

08 - ½ avocado, sliced
09 - ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
10 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

→ Seasonings and Garnish

11 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
12 - 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
13 - Salt to taste
14 - Pepper to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook chicken breasts by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked if not using leftovers. Let cool, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.
03 - Wash and shred lettuce or greens. Slice cucumber, shred carrots, and thinly slice red onion. Slice avocado if using, just before assembling.
04 - Lay each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (if using) in the center. Add greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, onion, and avocado if using. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all ingredients stay inside. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap for later.
