Cook chicken breasts by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked if not using leftovers. Let cool, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce. Mix well to coat evenly.

Wash and shred lettuce or greens. Slice cucumber, shred carrots, and thinly slice red onion. Slice avocado if using, just before assembling.

Lay each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (if using) in the center. Add greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, onion, and avocado if using. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice on top and season with salt and pepper.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all ingredients stay inside. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap for later.
